1. Homeowner Authorization
You may only submit a property address to MyHalloweenHouse.com (whether as a Decorated House or a Candy Giver Stop) if you are the homeowner, tenant, or authorized resident of that property. Submitting another person's address without permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
2. Trick-or-Treater & Visitor Etiquette
- Respect posted Lights-On Display Hours. Never visit or disturb a property after its lights are turned off.
- Stay on public sidewalks, driveways, or designated walk-through paths. Do not step on lawns, touch props/animatronics, or block neighborhood driveways.
- Supervise children at all times and obey all traffic and pedestrian laws when using the "Map My Tour" route planner.
3. Annual Best House Prize Contest Rules
Voting is open to the public on MyHalloweenHouse.com. Automated or fraudulent votes are filtered out. The house with the highest verified community vote count at the close of Halloween voting wins the Annual Best House Grand Prize package.
4. Featured Gold Pins & Sponsor Placements
Featured Gold Pin upgrades ($5 / $9) and Local Business Sponsor Pins ($49 / $99 / $249) are seasonal promotional placements for the current Halloween season. We reserve the right to reject or refund any submission that violates community standards.
